The Commission welcomes you into its service. Whether you are a fixed term contract, temporary employee or on secondment your service is an essential part of this Commission and at all times it is important to the Commission and regarded as such by the Council of the Commission.
This booklet is intended to assist you to understand the condition of employment under which you are engaged and the rules and regulations you are expected to obey. In addition to the conditions of employment, rules and regulations which are applicable to all sections of the employment.
All employees are expected to make themselves acquainted with the conditions of service and the Rules and Regulations of Employment which are only printed in this booklet but any regulation pasted on the Commission notice board.
The Adamawa State Fiscal Responsibility Commission was established by Adamawa State Fiscal Responsibility Law No. 3 of 2013. The Commission is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal may be sue and be sued in its corporate name. the role of the Commission is to provide for Prudent, Sustainable, Transparent and Accountable Management of the Financial Resources of Adamawa State and to enforce all matters relating to Federal Fiscal Responsibility Laws of Nigeria so as to ensure sound Fiscal Management regime and other matters connected therewith.
