It would recalled that on 04/04/2014 His Excellency the Executive Governor of Adamawa State brought into effect the law passed by Adamawa State House Assembly by swearing the Chairman and Members of Fiscal Responsibility Commission. This meeting with the journalist is intended to brief the press on the objectives of the law which has been passed by the State Assembly and signed into law by the governor. It is intended to protect the economic wellbeing of the state and lay a solid foundation for good governance.
The Aim of the Law:
Adamawa State Fiscal Responsibility is a law establishes to “Provide for prudent sustainable and transparent management of the Fiscal Resources of the State”. Therefore, this Commission is vested with the responsibility to enforce the law in its entirety.
